  1. Shipping Methods We currently offer international shipping via DHL or FedEx.
    Due to restriction of DHL and FedEx in Russia, we have decided to partners with CDEK.ru for their shipment. Note that, they are countries and location we can not ship because of war. Always make sure to ask our operator online for verification. The shipping method and cost will be displayed during checkout based on your location.
  2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
  3. Shipping Time Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated shipping time will be displayed during checkout.
  4. Shipping Cost Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. Customs fees and import duties may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient but we mostly assist our client so that the customs fees do not disturb.
  5. Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to countries that are currently at war. Please check with your local customs office for any additional restrictions or requirements for importing mining equipment.
  6. Delivery Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided during checkout. If the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.
  7. Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item, please refer to our return policy.
  8. Concerning DDU and DDP : DDU means ‘Delivered Duty Unpaid’, so when your package arrives at its destination country, the receiver will be contacted by customs to pay any customs duty owed before it will be released. If customs are not able to make contact with the recipient, the package could be returned or delayed, which is why it is essential to provide correct contact information. DDP is (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the sender(our company) accepts all responsibility and costs associated with transporting the goods. We notify the client about the fees that he/she will send to us for clearance.
